Locally Produced Free Range 30 Cell Tray of Size 6 Eggs, these are the primo of the primo the best poachers and usually from the younger hens!  These are my favourites.

As our new ladies start to come on the lay, they start laying little pullet sized eggs,  at about 21-23 weeks, then they progress to size 6's and then at about 26 weeks old, these are those beauties, they make the absolute best poachers, sit high firm and round in the pan on dont run away all of the place!
