Things to consider when you’re looking for a good quality pasteurised milk
High in vitamin A, C, D, E, B6, B12 content
Single origin is where your milk comes from one farm and herd.
Organic whole milk is best. Whole food has the highest nutritional value as it’s had less process involved.
Heat treatment It has a simple low heat treatment, just enough to eliminate any pathogen concerns but still retains some of the good butterfat, high in omega 3, Iodine
Avoid homogenised milk where possible. Homogenisation process breaks down butterfat, thus there is no separation of fat and whey.
In the process, the structure of the fat is damaged so that our body can't process it. Try to avoid homogenised milk where possible.
Avoid standardised milk. This is where milk has been reconstituted with water, containing less nutritional value or benefits like whey might have.
Key Features:
Certified organic and pasture-raised
Seasonal Product – we give our ladies a good rest and a little time with their babies to give them a good start!
Low pasteurised milk has similar benefits to raw milk. It isn’t highly processed or standardised like a lot of commercially produced supermarket milk.
Pasteurisation from a single origin farm like ours has the ability to retain nutritional density by producing in small batches.
Free from chemicals, hormones, and GMOs
Pasteurized for safety and longer shelf life
Sustainably produced on a local New Zealand farm
Rich in essential nutrients, vitamins, and minerals
Whether you're pouring it over your morning cereal, adding it to your coffee, or using it in your favourite recipes, Three Oaks Organic Milk delivers fresh, farm-to-table goodness in every sip. By choosing this milk, you’re supporting local organic farming practices that prioritize animal welfare and environmental sustainability.
